The Alde Rubber Elbow with Bleeder Screw and Mounted Banding Clips is an original hydronic heating system component designed for caravan and motorhome central heating circuits. This 90° EPDM rubber elbow allows you to change direction in a 22 mm heating pipe run while also providing a built-in manual bleed screw to release trapped air improving flow and heat distribution. Spring mounting clips are fitted to secure the elbow and your heating hoses securely in place.
Ideal for use near radiators, manifolds or pipe transitions in Alde systems, this part fits seamlessly into wet heating circuits and helps maintain efficient operation.
🔧 Integrated Bleed Screw – Enables easy removal of trapped air without extra fittings.
🛠 Designed for 22 mm Heating Circuits – Fits standard caravan Alde hot water/central heating pipework.
📏 Flexible EPDM Rubber Construction – Durable, vibration-tolerant material with long-lasting performance.
▶ Mounted Banding Clips Included – Factory-mounted clips secure hoses reliably and help prevent leaks.
✔ Genuine Alde Part – Ensures correct fit and specification for Alde hydronic systems.

1 × Alde 90° Rubber Elbow with Bleeder Screw & Mounted Banding Clips
Fit your 22 mm heating pipework into both ends of the rubber elbow — ensure a minimum insertion depth of approximately 30 mm for a secure seal.
Use the mounted banding clips to secure the pipe into the rubber elbow — this prevents slips and creates a watertight connection.
Open the bleeder screw manually when necessary to vent trapped air from the heating circuit.
When air has been purged and fluid flows smoothly, tighten the screw again to maintain seal.
This helps reduce airlocks, improves heat distribution and ensures smoother circulation in the Alde hydronic system.

Air trapped in wet heating systems can reduce efficiency, cause cold spots or lead to flow issues. This rubber 90° elbow combines the function of a direction change with the ability to manually bleed air, while mounted clips make installation and hose retention easy. Built from durable EPDM rubber — a material trusted for automotive and heating applications — this fitting helps keep your heating system operating reliably and leak-free.
