Clesana PTFE Band

The Clesana PTFE Band (Teflon) is designed to prevent polymer from sticking to welding jaws during the welding process. It is applied over the welding wire to ensure smooth, consistent welds. Over time, the anti-stick properties of the PTFE degrade after approximately 1,750 welds, at which point replacement is recommended to maintain high-quality welds.
