How it’s fitted

Before You Start

• Confirm your van model and roof type match the vehicles above.

• Check your roof’s maximum loading capacity (bars + cargo must stay within 150 kg).

• Tools you’ll need: ladder, socket set, torque wrench, gloves.

Step-by-Step Fitting Instructions

1. Unpack & prepare

   • Lay out all three roof bars, brackets, bolts and fixings from the kit.

2. Locate roof fix points

   • On Ducato and similar vans, there are pre-drilled threaded holes or reinforced fixing points along the roof edge. These are where the bars mount.

3. Fit the first bar

   • Position the first roof bar over the correct fix points.

   • Attach using the supplied fixing brackets and bolts — hand-tighten each initially.

4. Install remaining bars

   • Place the second and third bars along the roof, keeping them parallel and evenly spaced.

   • Adjust the height or angle of each bar so all three sit level and secure.

5. Secure all bolts

   • Once aligned correctly, tighten all fasteners to the manufacturer’s torque specification (see included instructions with the product).

6. Accessory grooves

   • The bars feature T-grooves along the aluminium profile for adding accessories (cargo baskets, ladders, tie rings) with T-bolt fittings.

7. Final checks

   • Give each bar a firm shake — there should be no movement.

   • Recheck torque after the first short journey.
