The Reich Odour Trap is an essential component designed to prevent unpleasant odors and gases from escaping plumbing fixtures and sewage systems into living or occupied spaces. It plays a vital role in maintaining sanitation and a fresh environment in any plumbing system.

For added protection, the odour trap can be fitted with an electronic frost protection lid. This lid automatically activates when temperatures drop between 5°C and 8°C, thanks to a built-in thermo switch. With a low power consumption of just 2 watts (12V), it effectively prevents freezing. Additionally, the siphons and outlets feature pipe connections that are compatible with the Reich wastewater system, ensuring a seamless and reliable installation.
