The Whale Socket Water Out Fittings Kit (AK1468) is installed behind the external Whale water outlet socket on the outside wall of the caravan or motorhome.

Installation Overview

1. Remove the existing external water outlet socket cover or housing.

2. Disconnect the existing plumbing fittings from the socket assembly.

3. Install the replacement fittings from the AK1468 kit onto the rear of the socket.

4. Connect the 12 mm water pipe from the caravan plumbing system to the fittings.

5. Reinstall the outlet socket into the vehicle wall and secure it with the mounting screws.

6. Turn on the water system and check for leaks and correct operation.

The outlet socket allows an external hose or Whale shower handset to be connected so water can be drawn from the onboard fresh water system.
